Thermal Plenum Waste Plastic to oil Reclamation Reactor Unit Hydrocarbon Fuels
· Originally used for converting waste plastic into hydrocarbon fuels
· Throughput capacity is approximately 5000 lbs./unit/24-hour day, corresponding to a yield of about 575 gallons of liquid products/day (assuming a 75% yield from the feedstock)
· Can be used for any bulk process or reaction requiring a uniform thermal environment (plenum) of around 1200°F or less
This equipment was manufactured in Oregon in 2012, and each unit includes a control panel with an Allen-Bradley PLC, all associated process telemetry instruments, circulation fan, 1.5 MMBTU Ponder Burner with burner management system, two-duct process plenum chamber with product vapor gas transfer line and supports.
